DAMAGES & RETURNS

Koka Lifestyle Innovations (Pty)Ltd. must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery of this order, of ANY damages to stock and/or items short delivered.

This must ONLY be done via e-mail to order@hellokoka.co.za to qualify for a full credit on damaged and / or items short delivered. Photos of all damages must also be attach to this claims e-mail and NO whatsapp messages will be accepted to report a claim.

NO claims received AFTER this 48 hour period will be accepted by KOKA Lifestyle Innovations nor qualify for a credit, without prior arrangement with the KOKA management team.

DELIVERY

All orders shipped with The Courier Guy. As all our products are handmade it can take up to 5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery

Please allow up to 15 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on the next Monday or Tuesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-3 business days.
