All orders shipped with The Courier Guy. As all our products are handmade it can take up to 5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery

DAMAGES & RETURNS
Koka Lifestyle Innovations (Pty)Ltd. must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery of this order, of ANY damages to stock and/or items short delivered.
This must ONLY be done via e-mail to order@hellokoka.co.za to qualify for full credit on damaged and/or items short delivered. Photos of all damages must also be attached to this claims e-mail and NO WhatsApp messages will be accepted to report a claim.
NO claims received AFTER this 48 hour period will be accepted by KOKA Lifestyle Innovations nor qualify for a credit, without prior arrangement with the KOKA management team.
